We collect the following categories of Personal Data:

Basic Data: Name, email, phone number, message.

Marketing Data: Data about individual participation in trade shows and conferences, credentials, associations, services you are interested in, and preferences.

Device Data: Cookies, Computer Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifier (UDID) and other data linked to a device.

Scope, purposes of, and legal basis for automated data processing

In general, it is possible to use our website, without registering. Even if you use our website without registering, personal data can still be processed. We use Personal Data to provide our services and respond to inquiries, to manage accounts and maintain business operations, including the processing of applications, to provide relevant marketing, and to fulfil other business and compliance purposes.

The right to comply to Supervisory Authority. You have the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority if you feel that ABIT Technologies has not responded to your requests to solve a problem.
The right in relation to automated decision making and profiling. You have the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Processing is “automated” where it is carried out without human intervention and where it produces legal effects or significantly affects you. Automated processing includes profiling. Automated processing is permitted only with your express consent. As with all consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We take reasonable technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your information, including applying generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us during transmission and once we receive it.
