RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is our aim to ensure that you are delighted with your order however we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item.
For online purchases, Julia Rusu will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice, subject to adherence to the following terms.
*Please note, sale items purchased on our online boutique must be returned within 7 calendar days.
** Please note that delivery is not refunded.
To return an item, you must inform us by email at [email protected], including your full name and order number within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for another size, please notify us in your email.
Merchandise returned to juliarusu.com will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. We do not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item.
Items must be in original condition (including all original tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed, showing no signs of use. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return your items. The product(s) should reach us within 14 business days. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
Julia Rusu is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
