We ship worldwide.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All orders received during normal business hours are processed within 24 hours. Your products will be ready for shipment in 1-5 working days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday – upon dispatch, your parcel will arrive in one to five business days.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact our Customer Service.
If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified by email.
SHIPPING PROCESS
For shipping within Europe, we use DHL and DPD. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm or provide a business address.
We cannot deliver to Post Office Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.
SHIPPING PRICES
Free shipping applies to all orders over 250€.
Orders below 250€ will incur the following charges:
Romania: 5€
Europe: 20€
Worldwide: 30€
