We have developed for a US startup an advanced AI solution designed for government agencies, businesses, and nonprofits that send large volumes of mail.
The system workflow was designed to scan, extract, process, outreach, and update the database of large institutions with correct addresses for their customers.
We have developed the application from scratch and we have used several tools and LLMs to process the data and to contact the customers: OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hume.ai, Twilio ,and Sendgrid.

Enterprise Payroll Application

We have developed with Adorsys a cloud-based web application for a German auditing and financial services company. The project aimed to upload and process complex data files, and create a full payroll workflow starting from creating/importing the company structure, managing employees time off, and calculating salaries.
The project helped the company to digitize and automate the process of doing the full payroll process for their clients. It was designed to support a full dynamic payroll workflow of all of their clients and to be a strategic advantage in selling their financial services.

In just 6 months, we successfully established and locally managed a comprehensive nearshore development team for a German product startup. Within this timeframe, we built and managed a full development team of 35 professionals in Romania, expanding to a total of 55 team members over 12 months.
We had a conversion rate of 90% of the developers interviewed by the client with an average time to fill a position of 7 – 10 working days.

We have developed with a Romanian Partner a custom SharePoint Online Intranet Portal for a French company with migration of data from SP2013 to SharePoint Online. We created and managed a full SharePoint dedicated team that worked closely with the client product owners. We delivered the new Portal within our client timeline.
Our responsibility was to migrate the client data from SP2013 to SP Online. We applied different site template for the new created team sites based on their business logic and we have added different custom webparts and multiple customized workflows.

The purpose of Cloud of Legacy’s project was to offer users the possibility to store documents, pictures, or videos and create legacy stories to share with their friends and family. It is a SaaS B2C cloud-native web application capable of sustaining thousands of users and huge amounts of data.
